How to improve the problem of no copper holes in multi-layer PCB circuit boards?
1. Add high-pressure water washing and gel residue removal process for holes prone to producing dust (such as holes with a diameter of less than 0.3mm and 0.3mm).
2. Improve the activity and shaking effect of drugs.
3. Replace the printing screen and calibration film.
4. Extend the washing time and specify the time to complete the graphic transfer.
